Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We strive to deliver a smooth and fuzz-free shopping experience and delivery. However, there could be issues occasionally, that may affect your shopping experience.

If you have ordered a product in error, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may follow our return policy once you receive the product.

We offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days from the estimated or actual delivery date, whichever is earlier for the following cases:

  • returns are offered only once per purchase or invoice
  • return and replacement shipping is free, if the products were delivered damaged, subject to availability of recorded proof within 24 hours of delivery
  • one-way return shipping is free, for one time, if you are not happy with the design or quality of products
  • returns and exchanges are not offered beyond 14 days

For returns and replacements beyond 14 days, and outside the above cases, customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items and further shipping of the exchange or replacement item. The shipping charge is a minimum of ₹100 for 0.5 kg, with an additional ₹75 for every 0.5 kg increment.

Please note that certain products, such as personal care products, and products purchased in stock clearance, on sale, and personal care products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. You can look for this information in the product details page, when you order the products.

To initiate a return or exchange, the item must be 

  • unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging,
  • items must be in their original condition, without any stains, scratches, tears, or holes, and
  • return the product without any tampering to the quality check seals, return tags, or warranty seals (as applicable).

Refunds

To be eligible for refunds, the item must be

  • unopened after the delivery,
  • in the packed condition, as it was delivered, and
  • unused and in the same condition it was received,
